RADIUS of the larger circle is 1.6 cm. The distance from smaller circle to larger circle is 1.6-r=0.9, using r as the radius of the smaller circle.
r=1.6-0.9
r=0.7
the diameter is then 2%280.7%29=highlight%281.4%29 for the smaller circle.
