First find the slope of the line using the two point slope formula,

m=-%282%2F5%29
Then us the point-slope form of the line using one of the points and the slope.
y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29
I'll use (-2,4) as the point.

y-4=-%282%2F5%29%28x-%28-2%29%29
