THE BORDER IS 2' ALL AROUND SO POND WILL BE 2' LESS ON ONE END OF A SIDE AND ANOTHER 2' LESS ON THE OTHER END OF THE SAME SIDE
SO SIDE OF POND IS 14-2-2=10'
POND IS 10' SQUARE
