AREA=LENGTH*WIDTH
(2X-1)*WIDTH=2X^2+5X-3=2X^2+6X-X-3=2X(X+3)-1(X+3)=(2X-1)(X+3)
WIDTH=(2X-1)(X+3)/(2X-1)=X+3
