f(x)=−0.08x^2+1.6x+3 and assume that an arrow is being shot and the arch represents the flight path.
But, the height the arrow leaves the archer's bow is 3 yards above ground level and was aimed towards a target that is also 3 yards tall

Since it departs and arrives at the same height, we can ignore the 3, makes it easy to solve
.08x^2 + 1.6x = 0
Factor out -x
-x(.08x - 1.6) = 0
.08x = 1.6
x = 1.6/.08
x = 20 seconds to hit the target
