The height 'h' (in metres) above the ground of a baseball depends upon the time 't' (in seconds) it has been in flight. Cameron takes a mighty swing, but hits a bloop single whole height is described approximately by the equation

You can put this solution on YOUR website! h = -16t^2 + 80t = t(-16t + 80)
a) 0 = t(-16t + 80), t = 5 sec
.....
Note: 5/2 = and 100 = 16(25/4)
h = -16(t-5/2)^2 + 100
b) 2.5 sec
c) 100m
