Perimeter= 188 ft.
length + width = 94 ft.
Let one of the dimensions be "x"
Let the other demension be "94-x"
Multiply the two dimensions to get an expression for the Area.
It will be a quadratic equation.
Find the value of "x" that maximizes the Area expression.
The x should be 47 ft.
