You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You sort-of found two ordered pairs.
You found that for x=0, y=f%280%29=1. That gives you the ordered pair (x,y)=(0,1).
That's what they mean by an ordered pair: (value of x, value of y).
You also found that y=f%28x%29=25x%5E2%2B10x%2B1=0 for x=-1%2F5. That gives you the ordered pair (-1/5, 0).
If you have to enter your answers online, be aware that computers are sometimes finicky. They may recognize (0, 1), with a space after the comma, as right, but consider (0,1), without a space, wrong. It's not the computer's fault; it's lack of imagination on the part of whoever was deciding what was a right answer. (My youngest son had that problem with his online classes sometimes).

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f%28x%29+=+25x%5E2%2B10x%2B1 Rewrite this as:
y+=+25x%5E2%2B10x%2B1
To get y = 1 as you did, you must have let x = 0, why? because:
y+=+25%280%296%2B10%280%29%2B1
y+=+1
So the ordered pair is: (0, 1)
And if you solved this quadratic equation, you would get:
y+=+25x%5E2%2B10x%2B1 Set y = 0.
25x%5E2%2B10x%2B1+=+0 Factor the left side.
%285x%2B1%29%285x%2B1%29+=+0 so...
x+=+-1%2F5 which is a double solution.
So when y+=+0, x+=+-1%2F5, the ordered pair would be: (-1%2F5,0)
But note that there is an infinite number of ordered pairs that satisfy this equation.
