Since the solutions I got are integers, I'm confused as to whether my answer is right. If my answer is right could someone tell me how I get it to three decimal places. Thank You

The solutions you got are correct, so both statements a and b are true statements. The roots are -8 an 10, and there are no approximate answers because the roots are integers. -8.000 and 10.000 are NOT correct. 10.000 implies an approximation that promises , and -8.000 implies
