you cannot solve it...it isn't an equation...no equals sign. All you can do is simplify which will involve you factorising the numerator and denominator and then cancelling terms (if possible).

+%282x%5E2-3x-2%29%2F%28-%283x%5E2-x-10%29%29+ --> removed the negative sign to make the squared term positive, so it is easier in my head to factorise.

2x²-3x-2=2X^2-4X+X-2=2X(X-2)+1(X-2)=(X-2)(2X+1)
10+x-3x²=10+6X-5X-3X^2=2(5+3X)-X(5+3X)=(5+3X)(2-X)
HENCE 2x²-3x-2÷10+x-3x²=-(2-X)(2X+1)/(3X+5)(2-X)=-(2X+1)/(3X+5)
