I doubt you'll be able to easily graph it in Excel. Here's a better way:

*Go to www.wolframalpha.com

*Type "plot (x+5)(x-7)." The quadratic (x+5)(x-7) is the desired quadratic with those roots; you will obtain a graph of it on WolframAlpha.
