HOWEVER IF YOU MEANT TO WRITE
49X~2+9=42x THEN THE SOLUTION IS
49X~2-41X+9=0 OR (7X-3)(7X-3)=0 OR 7X-3=0 OR 7X=3 OR X=3/7
