x^2 + 3 ≤ -2x then add 2x to both sides and factor what's on the left...
x^2 + 2x + 3 ≤ 0
It turns out that the minimum point of this parabola is at (-2, 3) and never crosses the x-axis.
Thus it has no real solutions.
