*Note: vertex form of a parabola, y=a%28x-h%29%5E2+%2Bk where(h,k) is the vertex
+f%28x%29=%28x-1%29%5E2%2B2+vertex is (1,2) which is a minimum as 'a' = 1 (a >0 parabola opens upward)
