Let the two consecutive integers be x, and x+1
Equation:
(x)^2+4(x+1)=64
x^2+4x+4=64
x^2+4x-60=0
Factor:
x+10 and x-6
Remove the negative x=6
6+1=7
Hence, the two consecutive integers are 6 and 7.
