= %286x%5E2%2B2x%2B21x%2B7%29

= 2x(3x+1) + 7(3x+1)

= (3x+1) (2x+7) Answer.
Note: Split the coefficient of the mid term in such a way that the product of those two should be equal to the last term multiplied by the coefficient of the first term.
