step 1 - subtract 25 to get
9s%5E2+=+-25
step 2 - divide by 9 to get
s%5E2+=+-25%2F9
step 3 - take a square root to get
s+=+%285%2F3%29i
we need imaginary answers because we are taking the square root of a negative number.
