(4k-3)(4k^3-3k^2+4k-2)
Multiply
(4k)*(4k^3-3k^2+4k-2)
then multiply
-3)(4k^3-3k^2+4k-2)
and combine them
16k^4-24k^3+25k^2-20k+6
