You have a quadratic with a = -1, b = 0, c = 7

Max or min occurs when x = -b/2a = -0/-2 = 0
f(0) = 7
So the vertex is (0,7)

Zeroes: 7-x^2 = 0
x^2 = 7
x = +sqrt(7) ; x = -sqrt(7)
