Question 23307: Ok this is different to me, the question is
in the formula of : 2/f+t=3/m,
it says solve the equation for f(part 1 of the problem),
then, calculate f from that formauls when
m=4, and t=3(part 2 of the problem).
PLease help
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Multiply thru by "fm" to get rid of the fractions:
2m +ftm =3f
ftm=3f-2m
f = (3f-2m)/tm
If m=4 and t=3 the f=(3(3)-2(4))/((3)(4)
f= 1/12

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1) Solve for f: Subtract t from both sides of the equation. Simplify the right side. Multiply both sides by f. Finally, multiply both sides by
2) Calculate f when m=4 and t=3
