You can put this solution on YOUR website! To do any of these, you need to understand what k(0) and k(-15) mean.
You are given a function and then asked to evaluate that function at specific values for x.
For instance, k(0) means "the value of the function when x = 0" Sub in 0 for every x in the function read that as "k of 0 equals 16"
Do the same steps for k(-15) read "k of negative 15 equals 1"

You can put this solution on YOUR website! K(x)=X+16
WHEN X=0 THEN:
K(0)=0+16=16 ANSWER.
WHEN X=-15 THEN:
K(-15)=-15+16=1 ANSWER.
WHEN X=-20 THEN:
K(-20)=-20+16=-4 ANSWER.
