You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The length of a rectangle is three times the width. The area is 108 cm squared. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.
----------------
Let width be "x". Length is "3x"
EQUATION:
x(3x) = 108
3x^2 = 108
x^2 = 36
x = 6 (width)
3x=18 (length)
