-y=4-x
y=x-4 is the solution (m=1 and b=-4)

Add y to both sides
x+=+y+%2B+4
subtract 4 from both sides
x+-+4+=+y
Rewrite equation
y+=+x+-+4
This is in the form y+=+mx+%2B+b
