Graphing calculators operate a little differently depending on the make and model.
.
On my graphing calculator (TI-89) I can just press a key with a green diamond on it and then
press the F1 key and then enter the function 5x^2 - 3x + 2. Then I press two keys, the green
diamond key and the F3 key to get it to graph. I'm not sure about how to do it on other makes
and models.

But if you do get your calculator to graph the function, here's what you should see:

The given equation represents a parabola since the term x is in terms of a quadratic and it is a parabola facing above(opening upwards) .
So on a graphing Calculator, just go and plug in the equation and say plot(graph)

The graph of the given curve looks as shown below.
