You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=5+%2B-+2sqrt%282%29i is correct.
You can always check your answer.
4%28x-5%29%5E2=-32
4%285+%2B-+2sqrt%282%29i-5%29%5E2=-32
4%282sqrt%282%29i%29%5E2=-32
-32=-32
True statement.
Correct answer.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I got the same result:
4 * (x-5)^2 = -32
(x-5)^2 = -8
x-5 = +/-2i * sqrt(2)
x = 5 +/-2i * sqrt(2)
proof:
4 * (x-5)^2 =
4 * ([5 +/-2i * sqrt(2)] - 5)^2 =
4 * (+/-2i * sqrt(2))^2 =
4 * (+/-2)^2 * i^2 * sqrt(2)^2 =
4 * 4 * -1 * 2 = -32
