Not answerable. What formula or expression does this B^2-4x come from ?
Is x the unknown variable or is B the unknown variable? Is this B^2-4x supposed to be a discriminant of some equation or expression?

Just as a guess, "False", because your expreesion is being related to -1; but if your question is about a Discriminant, then you should relate this to 0. If Discriminant is negative, then no real roots; if discriminant is positive, then two real roots. If discriminant is 0, then exactly one real root.
