Question 1071732: I need to find an equation with a vertex of (10,10), and roots of 0 and 20. When I use the roots to find the equation, I get x(x-20) giving me x^2-20x. However, this does not have a vertex of (10,10). Using vertex form, I can find y=-10x^2+200x-990 but this does not have roots of 0 and 20. After playing around on a graph, I found out that the graph is -1/10x^2+2x. However, how do I get to this equation.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
Write q(x) = ax*(x-20) and FIND the coefficient "a" in a way q(10) = 10.
