So, calculate y1 and y2 for two different values of x: x1 and x2.

Mark these two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) in the coordinate plane and then
draw the straight line passing through these two points.

You do a T chart. The left column will contain the x-values that you will pick, and the right column will contain the corresponding y-values that you will compute based on the x value you selected.
To make it easier, pick three values for x and compute y, those will give you the x and y points in the chart. Then just plot your chart with those values.
