In this problem, remember that %28x%5E%28y%29%29%2F%28x%5E%28z%29%29=x%5E%28y-z%29. In other words, when you divide like bases with exponents, you subtract the exponents.


Also, keep in mind that negative exponents basically tell you to 'flip' the fraction of the base.
