Probably easiest to put everything to the top and negate the exponents that were on the bottom.
a%5E%28-4%2F5%29%2Aw%5E%282%2F3%29%2Aa%5E-2%2Aw%5E%28-5%2F3%29
Combine terms (add exponent of similar bases... see exponent rules)
a%5E%28-14%2F5%29%2Aw%5E-1
Now take an term with a negative exponent (both in this case) and put them in the denominator:
%281%29%2F%28a%5E%2814%2F5%29%2Aw%5E1%29
Again, just go through the rules for exponents and try to rearrange terms until you get rid of negative exponents.
