First of all it is not an equation, but an expression.
Equations always have equal signs.

There is no way to simplify it.  It could possibly
be divided by long division:

            1 
      -------      
5a + b)5a - b
       5a + b
       ------
          -2b

and thus  1+-+2b%2F%285a%2Bb%29 but that's not exactly
simplifying.
