These are my answers, am I close?
1. 2x^2+6x-10=0
2. 1/4x^2+ 1/3x= -6/7=0
3. (sq2) x ^ 2 - (sq3)x + (sq5) = 0

Eq. 2 has a glitch, two equal signs.
Is this what you meant?
(1/4)x^2+ (1/3)x-(6/7)=0
