An Official Note on Crossposting
It is the official policy of soc.culture.russian.moderated that crossposting
to no more than four usenet newsgroups is generally allowed. In particular,
official policy of soc.culture.russian.moderated is that crossposting to
soc.culture.russian is allowed.
