Could you please help me with this question?:"Pinky and Perky were Mrs Purr's two favourite cats. Every night she would feed them 56 cat biscuits, making sure Pinky recieved twelve more biscuits than Perky.How many biscuits did each cat get?"
All I think I know is maybe the problem formula goes like this ( 12x + x = 56 )

Don't multiply them, add them
