To evaluate perform either multiplication or division as shown, as you go from LEFT to RIGHT. Start on left with the number 15, then moving to the right the next operation is division so divide 15 by 27 and get 0.55555... or read as point 5 repeated. Continue passed the number 27 and read the next operation is a multiply. Now multiply your previous answer of .5555... by 0.8 and get 0.4444... or point 4 repeated as your final answer.
