looks like you have a common factor of 3 and a common factor of xy.
taking both them out, you get
3%2Ax%2Ay%2A%285%2Ax%2Ay-3%2Ay%2B2%2Ax%29
don't see that it can be factored any further.
to test if solution is good, multiply 3%2Ax%2Ay by 5%2Ax%2Ay-3%2Ay%2B2%2Ax to see if you get back to the original equation.
