EVERY problem like this is invalid, if a "right" answer is required.
You can put any number you want in the blanks and it will be perfectly valid sequence.
Having said that, SOME problems like this have patterns that make it likely that a particular solution is the one that is wanted.
For this problem, seeing it as two sequences spliced together provides good patterns....
84, 85, 87, ??, 94
01, ??, 07, 10
The patterns in each sub-sequence should be easy to see, allowing you to find the missing numbers.
But realize that the answer you find by this path of reasoning might not be the "right" answer....
