-sqrt%28%289%2By%29%5E2%29 = -|9+y|.     ( ! and it is TRUE for any real y - does not matter if it is lesser than -10 or greater ! )


For example, if  y = -13.  then  -sqrt%28%289%2B%28-13%29%29%5E2%29 = -sqrt%28%289-13%29%5E2%29 = -sqrt%28%28-4%29%5E2%29 = -sqrt%284%5E2%29 = -4 = -|9 + (-13)|.
