You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
The volume of the tank is 3*2*1 = 6 cubic meters.

The volume of the non-filled part is 1/4 of it, i.e. 6/4 = 1.5 cubic meters.

The volume of one brick is %281%2F5%29%2A%281%2F8%29%2A%281%2F10%29 = 1%2F400 cubic meters.

The answer is 1.5%2F%28%281%2F400%29%29 = 600 bricks.
