HERE IS IT'S APPLICATION:
In a certain country,it is noted that the number x of women who practice their franchise in an election is lesser than the number y of men who practice theirs too.
If the the above is represented by the function;y=15x+30
Then,When the the number of men,i.e y=135
therefore, number x of women is 7.
That is
15x+30=135
15x=135-30
15x=105
x=7
The number x of women is 7.
This Equation y=15x+30 reveals that number of women is always lesser than that of men.
