You can rewrite the problem like this:
b%5E3=64
Why can you do this? Anytime you hve a logarithm, b is the "base", the result of the logarithm is the "exponent", and the number you are taking the logarithm of is the "result."
So getting back to the problem, ask yourself "What number, raised to the 3rd powre, equals 64?"
The anser is 4.
