You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2+%2Alog%283%2C+%28x%2B4%29%29=+log%28+3%2C+9%29%2B2
log%28+3%2C+%28%28x%2B4%29%5E2%29%29+=+log%28+3%2C+9%2A3%5E2%29
%28x%2B4%29%5E2+=+9%2A3%5E2
%28x%2B4%29%5E2+=+81
x+4 = 9, x+4 = -9 are two possibilities, equivalent to x=5, x=-13. Double check my answer.
