Question 135059
You need two logarithm rules and one exponent rule to do this one:

Exponent rule:  {{{x^(1/n)=root(n,x)}}}

Log rule 1:  {{{n*log(a,x)=log(a,x^n)}}}

Log rule 2:  {{{log(a,x)-log(a,y)=log(a,(x/y))}}}

{{{(1/4)log(a,x)-3*log(a,y)-2*log(a,z)}}}

{{{log(a,(root(4,x)))-log(a,(y^3))-log(a,(z^2))}}}

{{{log(a,((root(4,x))/(y^3z^2)))}}} or {{{log(a,((x^(1/4))/(y^3z^2)))}}} depending on your book's notation convention.
