Question 133408
Decompose into a partial fraction

6x^2-15x+16/x^3-3x^2+4x

I know to start I need to factor the denominator, but I'm not sure how to go about that.
------------------
Factoring the denominator:
x^3-3x^2+4x= x(x^2-3x+4)
Factoring x^2-3x+4
x = [3 +- sqrt(9-4*4)]/2
x = [3 +- sqrt(-5)]/2
x = (3/2) + (i/2)sqr(5) or x = (3/2) - (i/2)sqrt(5)
Comment:
I don't believe this is the answer you want. That
denominator should be x^3-3x^2-4x.
