Question 133297
D it is really hard to know what the original equations are. Please add in parens to make it clear.

If the first one is {{{(Q1)/(x - x^-1)}}} than that is a different problem than {{{((Q1)/x) - x^-1}}}

I suspect the problem is {{{(Q1)/(x - x^-1)}}}

If so, let's solve that one
{{{(Q1)/(x - x^-1)}}}
{{{(Q1)/((x^2 - 1)/x)}}}
{{{((Q1)x)/(x^2 -1) }}}

In any case, the method to use it this:
Find a common denominator for everything that is in the original denominator. Then simply.
