Question 131736
For solutions to {{{ax^2 + bx + c = 0}}} you have
{{{x = -6}}} and {{{x = -3}}}
{{{x -(-6) = 0}}}
{{{x -(-3) = 0}}}
{{{x + 6 = 0}}}
{{{x + 3 = 0}}}
If you multiply these, the result is
{{{(x + 6)(x + 3) = x^2 + 9x + 18}}}
{{{y = x^2 + 9x + 18}}} answer
check:
Does {{{x = -6}}} and {{{x = -3}}} give me {{{y = 0}}}?
{{{y = (-6)^2 + 9*(-6) + 18}}}
{{{y = 36 - 54 + 18}}}
{{{y = 0}}}
{{{y = (-3)^2 + 9*(-3) + 18}}}
{{{y = 9 - 27 + 18}}}
{{{y = 0}}}
OK
