When I try to visualize something like {{{cot((3*pi)/2)}}},
I don't think of it as a line. I see it (and also draw it)
as a triangle which is tilted just slightly away from the 
vertical. I regard the zero as the limit of the adjacent 
side over the opposite side. It may take practice to draw 
skinny triangles, but I think the limit is a better thinking
tool than the straight line.
