Question 122321
Ok, first you have to make all the fractions mixed numbers. Which means that there isn`t any whole number like 12 or 6. So get 12 and multiply it by 11 and add five. The answer will be 137. So the first faction will be a positive 137/11. The next fraction should have the same thing done to it. Multiply 6 by 11 and add 7. The answer will be 73. The fraction will be -73/11.

Now solve 137/11 + - 73/11. In fact to make it easier, adding a negative is exactly the same as subtracting a positive. So, get:
137/11 - 73/11 When subtracting or adding fractions, don`t do anything to the denominators. So the problem is like 137 - 73. Then put the answer over 11. Once completing this you should recieve your answer. Go down further for my answer to the problem....

The answer is 137/11 + - 73/11 = 64/11 or 5 9/11. The first answer I gave is a mixed fraction. Hope this helped!
