Question 120739
{{{24mx-4mx^2-32m}}}

Start by taking out the common factor of 4m:
{{{4m(6x-x^2-8)}}}

Rewrite in descending order:
{{{4m(-x^2+6x-8) }}}

Factor out the -1 to make the x^2 coefficient positive.
{{{-4m(x^2-6x+8) }}}

Factor the trinomial:
{{{-4m(x-4)(X-2) }}}
