It looks to be in error.
{{{(4x^2 + 6x) / (2x) = 2x + 6}}}
If this is correct, I can multiply both sides by {{{2x}}} and
the equality should still hold
{{{(2x)*((4x^2 + 6x) / (2x)) = (2x)*(2x + 6)}}}
{{{4x^2 + 6x = 4x^2 + 12x}}}
If I subtract 4x^2 from both sides, I have:
{{{6x = 12x}}}
obviously not true 
The correct equation is:
{{{(4x^2 + 6x) / (2x) = 2x + 3}}}
